Changing a Job Status

HR Administrators can change the status of Jobs at any time from the Vacancy Listing screen.
There are 4 distinct Job Statuses:
When a new job is created, it's status is Incomplete / Awaiting Activation. When the job is ready to go Live, the HR Administrator marks the job as Activate and this moves the job to the Live Jobs tab.
When all vacancies for the job have been filled, the HR Administrator marks the job as Filled.
If the job is to be put on hold, the HR Administrator marks the job as On Hold.
Jobs can also be reactivated from the Filled & On Hold tabs
Jobs can be archived from the Filled & On Hold tabs. This will remove the job from the listing altogether.
