Disable or Remove an Existing Account User

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

HR Administrators can Disable or Remove Account Users at any time.

Disable stops the user from logging into the system at any time - their account is de-activated.

Disabled accounts can be reactivated again at any time using the Enable tool.

Remove takes the User off the account altogether - their details disappear from the Account User Listing.

To Disable or Remove a User:

  1. Click the User Name in the Account User Listing
  2. From the Options Bar click Disable Login or Remove (as appropriate)

The amended User Access has now been updated.
