Search Filters
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
When Talent Bank is pressed, the Search Filters tab (sometimes referred to as 'Search Rules') is displayed by default.
To add Search Filters, click on the relevant type button and enter your search criteria following the onscreen prompts.
You can add as many filters as are required to pinpoint suitable candidates.
The Search Filters include:
- Answer
- Free Text
- Location
- Grade
A Learn More link provides an onscreen explanation of each filter type.
Once the search filters have been set click Run Search to view matching candidates.
You can remove filters from the Search Filters tab at any time.
