Using Components in an Application Form

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

To View / Add or Edit Components in an Application Form, you will need to access the Workflow's Candidate Stages:

  1. Click Libraries > Workflow Library
  2. Find the workflow you’d like to edit (using Search or by scrolling through the tab listings)
  3. Click the workflow name then click Edit from the available options
  4. Click Candidate Stages > Edit on the Stage you’d like to amend

Form Components that have already been included are shown in the Candidate Stage listing.

The second column in the listing shows the Component Type.

To add a new component to the form click Create a New Component or to edit an existing component click Edit.

Use the preview feature to keep track of your changes.
