Reinstate Withdrawn Candidates
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
HR Administrators can reinstate a withdrawn candidate to become an active candidate again at any time.
To reinstate a withdrawn candidate:
- Click Candidates and click the relevant job title
- Click the Withdrawn Candidates button in the sub menu at the top of the screen
- From the withdrawn candidates list, click the selected candidate's name
- Click the Reinstate button in the Options Bar
The candidate will now be transferred to the Active Candidates listing.
You can also view the candidate’s record card from the options bar.
