Upload Candidate Files

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

HR Administrators can upload a file relating to a candidate at any time.

For example: Driving Licence, Training Certificates, Proof of Address etc.

To upload a Candidate File:

  1. Open the Candidate Record Card
  2. Click the Files tab
  3. Click Choose File and locate the file on your PC
  4. Select a File Type from the drop down selector
  5. Click Upload File

The file will instantly display in the File listing on the same screen.

After uploading the file it will be available to download at any time.
