Candidate Grade

Each candidate can be given a 1 - 5 Grade (1 = poor, 5 = excellent) by the recruiter to indicate their potential as a prospective employee.

This grade is extremely useful when searching for good candidates in the Talent Bank.

The grade is displayed as a Star Rating in the Candidate Listing for easy reference.

To set the candidate’s grade:

1. Click Candidates and select a job
2. Find the candidate you would like to grade
3. Click anywhere on the candidate’s details within the listing to access the Options Bar
4. Set a number 1 - 5 from the dropdown

The star rating for the candidate will be updated instantly.

N.B. The grade can also be set in the candidate record card.
