External Email Templates
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
Email templates are organised into tabs to help you to identify their purpose.
Templates that are sent to candidates that apply from an external source are listed in the External tab.
External sources include job boards, press ads, social media, career fairs, your own website etc.
To view your external email templates:
- Click Libraries > Email Library
- Click the External tab
You can preview the email by clicking the name of the template in the listing/div>
