Is there an audit trail of the candidate's progress through the recruitment process?

Yes, open the candidate's record card and click the History tab.

The audit trail shows:

• Every form filled in by the candidate
• Every email sent to the candididate, hiring manager, HR administrator, referees etc.
• Every stage progressed by the candidate
• Every additional form completed by the recruiters
• Every reference form
• The stage the candidate was rejected / withdrawn / placed on hold from

Every event is date and time stamped and the actioner is shown.
