How can I chase up referees that haven't provided a reference yet?

Click the candidate's name in the listing and then:

• Click Email > Template Email
• From the list of templates, choose the appropriate referee chaser email
• Click Send

If you need to call the referee, refer to the candidate's application form to find their number.
