How do I allocate a vacancy to a hiring manager?

Click Vacancies then the name of the job.

From the options, click Hiring Managers. 

Select the name of the manager(s) from the list and then Allocate.

If the manager is not showing in the list, they have not been created as a system user. To add them to the system click Settings > Account Users > Add New User.
