What happens when I activate a vacancy?

If you have selected your website as a source, the vacancy will be published on your website immediately.

If you have selected job boards, we will post the adverts for you (as long as we have login details and there are advertising credits in place).

If any agency suppliers have been selected, the contacts at each agency will receive an email alert about the new assignment. They can login to the agency portal and submit candidates straight away.

If you have selected your Intranet as a source, the vacancy will be published on your Intranet immediately (if your IT department have set this up).
