How can I tell which emails will be sent during the recruitment process?
Automated emails are set against stages in the workflow.
To review the emails that will be sent out at each stage:
- Click Libraries > Workflow Library
- Click the name of the workflow then Workflow Overview
The workflow overview will open in a new tab. Any automated emails are shown at each stage together with the action that will trigger them.
The actions that can trigger an email are:
- When the candidate reaches a specific stage
- If the recruiter rejects a candidate from a specific stage
- If the recruiter marks that the candidate has withdrawn their application at a specific stage
You can add or remove automated emails by editing the workflow at the specific stage.
