Edit an Additional Form
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
Additional Forms can be edited by Administrators at any time from within the Form Library.
To Edit an Additional Form:
- Click Libraries > Form Library
- Find the form you’d like to edit (using Search or by scrolling through the tab listings)
- Click the form’s name to access the Options bar
- Click Edit from the available options
- Make any changes to existing questions or answers on your form
- Use the Add New Component feature to add new questions to your form
- Click Back to Form Listing
All amendments or new additions will be made in real time.
Use the Preview feature to thoroughly check your amendments in case of inaccuracies
You can also change the Form Name and Form Type using the Edit feature
