Copy an Additional Form

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

All Additional Forms can be copied by Administrators at any time from within the File Library.

To copy an Additional Form:

  1. Click Libraries > Form Library
  2. Find the form you’d like to copy (using Search or by scrolling through the tab listings)
  3. Click the form’s name to access the Options bar
  4. Click Copy from the available options
  5. Give your new form a Name and add a Description if you would like to
  6. Click Copy & Return
  7. Build the form with questions and answers as required.
  8. Your new Form will appear in the Form Listing

View your new form in the Form Library by clicking it’s name and then Preview.
