Copy an Additional Form
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
All Additional Forms can be copied by Administrators at any time from within the File Library.
To copy an Additional Form:
- Click Libraries > Form Library
- Find the form you’d like to copy (using Search or by scrolling through the tab listings)
- Click the form’s name to access the Options bar
- Click Copy from the available options
- Give your new form a Name and add a Description if you would like to
- Click Copy & Return
- Build the form with questions and answers as required.
- Your new Form will appear in the Form Listing
View your new form in the Form Library by clicking it’s name and then Preview.
