View Completed Forms from the Record Card

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

Every additional form completed by a Candidate, Hiring Manager, HR Administrator or Referee can be viewed from the Candidate Record Card.

To view completed forms:

  1. Click Candidates > Select Job
  2. Find the Candidate in the Candidate Listing
  3. Click the candidate’s name to access the Options bar then click Card
  4. Click the Forms tab
  5. Click the Magnifying Glass icon next to the form name to view the completed form

The form will open in a new tab for your review.

Forms are listed in the Record Card in order of completion date – oldest first.
