View Completed Forms from the Record Card
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
Every additional form completed by a Candidate, Hiring Manager, HR Administrator or Referee can be viewed from the Candidate Record Card.
To view completed forms:
- Click Candidates > Select Job
- Find the Candidate in the Candidate Listing
- Click the candidate’s name to access the Options bar then click Card
- Click the Forms tab
- Click the Magnifying Glass icon next to the form name to view the completed form
The form will open in a new tab for your review.
Forms are listed in the Record Card in order of completion date – oldest first.
