Using the Job Details Tab
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
This screen is used to collect core details regarding the new job.
The screen consists of a several short sections composed of text boxes and drop down selectors.
These key details are used in your website's vacancy search pages.
Job Detail
- Title (free text box - enter the job title here)
- Department (drop down selection - this field may be named differently on your account)
- Category (drop down selection - choose the broad industry of your organisation)
- Role (drop down selection - choose the appropriate the job family here)
- Type (drop down selection - choose the appropriate job type e.g. Full Time)
- Hours (free text box - enter the hours of work here)
Salary
- Description (free text box - enter the salary & benefits details here)
- Range (free text box - optionally enter the salary range here)
Location
Select the job location from the Quick Address drop down.
This will autofill the address fields for you instantly.
