Using the Job Details Tab

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

This screen is used to collect core details regarding the new job.

The screen consists of a several short sections composed of text boxes and drop down selectors.

These key details are used in your website's vacancy search pages.

Job Detail

  • Title (free text box - enter the job title here)
  • Department (drop down selection - this field may be named differently on your account)
  • Category (drop down selection - choose the broad industry of your organisation)
  • Role (drop down selection - choose the appropriate the job family here)
  • Type (drop down selection - choose the appropriate job type e.g. Full Time)
  • Hours (free text box - enter the hours of work here)

Location

Select the job location from the Quick Address drop down.

This will autofill the address fields for you instantly.
