Using the Job Hiring Manager Tab
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
The Hiring Manager tab allows you to determine which Hiring Managers in your organisation should be able to view candidates for this role when they login to the Hiring Manager interface.
Any Hiring Manager that is not allocated for this job will not see the job listed in their Candidates View.
HR Administrators will see all jobs in their view by default.
To Allocate Hiring Managers to a role:
- Select a Hiring Manager from the drop down list in the Hiring Managers tab
- Repeat as required to add more Hiring Managers
- Click Save & Return
Allocated Hiring Managers will appear in the listing in the Hiring Managers tab.
You can remove and/or add Hiring Managers on a job at any time.
