Yes No Radio Button

Yes No Radio Buttons save you from inputting Yes and No answers when you add the radio button question text – the answers will automatically appear.

To add a new Yes No Radio Button to your form:

1. Click Create a New Component > Yes No Radio Button
2. Type the Question Text to appear next to the answer box (e.g. Do you have a current passport?)
3. Add a Merge Tag if the answer is going to be used elsewhere in the system i.e. to populate fields in Reports or in Email Templates
4. Set the Layout to determine if the answer box appears adjacent to the question text (Horizontal) or underneath the question text (Vertical)
5. Tick the Required box if you would like to make the question mandatory (i.e. the form can't be submitted until the question is answered)
6. Type the radio button answers into the Answers text box and press Add
7. Press Save & Return or Save & Add Another if you need to add another component to your form

Edit the component if you need to add scores or disqualifiers to the answers.
