View On Hold Candidates
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
HR Administrators can view candidates that have been placed on hold from a vacancy at any time within the Candidates area.
To view on hold candidates:
- Click Candidates and then click a job to load the candidate listing
- Click the On Hold Candidates button in the sub menu at the top of the screen
All on hold candidates for the vacancy are displayed in the listing.
N.B. You can reinstate any on hold candidate by using the Reinstate button
