Merge Files
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
Merge Files are letter templates that contain merge fields, ready to be autofilled with the candidate’s details.
Examples include:
- Offer Letters
- Contracts of Employment
- Induction Documentation etc.
When the candidate reaches a stage with automated email with a merge file attached:
- A personalised PDF documents will be sent to the candidate if the candidate is the recipient
- A merged Word document will be sent to the recruiter if the recruiter is the recipient.
For employment contracts, you may prefer to trigger an email to yourself with the merged Word document attached, ready to edit, print out or save.
Emails containing merge file attachments can also be triggered manually at any time.
