Create an Email Template
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
New Email Templates can be created by HR Administrators at any time.
To create a new email template:
- Click Libraries > Email Library > Create New Email Template
- Complete the details on the Template Properties
- Click the Template Content tab and add your Addressee, Subject and Body Text
- Use any Merge Tags from the left hand menu to automatically populate fields in your email
- Use the formatting tools if required
- Click Save & Return
Your new email template will appear in the Email Template Listing in the appropriate tab (e.g. External)
There are no limits on the number of templates you can create.
