Create an Email Template

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

New Email Templates can be created by HR Administrators at any time.

To create a new email template:

  1. Click Libraries > Email Library > Create New Email Template
  2. Complete the details on the Template Properties
  3. Click the Template Content tab and add your Addressee, Subject and Body Text
  4. Use any Merge Tags from the left hand menu to automatically populate fields in your email
  5. Use the formatting tools if required
  6. Click Save & Return

Your new email template will appear in the Email Template Listing in the appropriate tab (e.g. External)

There are no limits on the number of templates you can create.
