Agency Workflows

Agency Workflows are used to process candidates that have been submitted to the organisation via a preferred Agency Supplier.

Agency Workflows consist of Candidate Stages and . Candidate Stages each contain various Components that may include questions (requiring answers in many formats including Text Entry, Dropdowns, and Radio Buttons), document uploads (e.g. Upload CV) and general information texts.

Recruiter Stages each manage a stage within the recruitment process for the job (e.g. Screening, Interview, Offer etc.)

To access your Agency Workflows:

  1. Click Libraries > Workflow Library
  2. Agency Workflows are listed under the Agency tab.
