Registration Workflows

Registration Workflows are used to process candidates that click the Register With Us link on your website.

Agency Workflows consist of Candidate Stages and . Candidate Stages each contain various Components that may include questions (requiring answers in many formats including Text Entry, Dropdowns, and Radio Buttons), document uploads (e.g. Upload CV) and general information texts.

There is one one Recruiter Stage on the Registration flow since candidates will be transferred onto a specific role by the recruiter, if they are appropriate.

To access your Registration Workflow:

1. Click Libraries > Workflow Library
2. The Registration Workflow is listed under the Registration tab.
