Create a New Workflow

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

New Workflows can be created by Administrators at any time from within the Vacancies module.

  1. Click Libraries > Workflow Library > Create New Workflow.
  2. Complete the details on the Flow Properties ensuring that you choose your preferred source type (e.g. External or Internal etc.)
  3. Click Save Workflow & Edit Stages
  4. Click Add a New Stage to create the main stages of the Flow
  5. Click Save Stage & Edit Questions for each stage to set questions and layouts

Your flow will appear in the Workflow Library in the appropriate tab (e.g. External).
