What happens when I release a job to a recruitment agency?

Once you have added an agency source to an active vacancy, each user at the agency will receive an email alert:

"New Assignment for the Position of [JobTitle]"

(the job title will be automatically populated when the email is sent)

This new assignment alert email asks the agency contact to login to the Agency Portal and submit candidates for the role.
