What is the agency portal?

Your agency suppliers have a dedicated secure online portal where they can:

• View their open vacancy assignments
• Submit candidates online
• View the current status of candidates they have submitted

Access to the portal is given to agency users by HR administrators via the Settings > Agencies & Users tool.

Administrators can also use this tool to email new users their agency portal password login details, and to remove access from users.
