Candidate says they can't get back into their application

Candidates log back into the Candidate Centre to finish incomplete applications and to complete additional forms if requested.

The candidate may have forgotten their password to log back into the Candidate Centre.

If this is case, ask the candidate to click the Reset Password link that is next to the login box.

This will instantly email them a brand new password they can use to login.
