Candidate says they've forgotten their password

Ask the candidate to click the Reset Password link that is on your website in two places:

• Next to the 'Candidate Centre' login box
• Next to the 'Previously Applied?' login box when they apply for a new job

This will instantly email them a brand new password they can use to login.
