Record Card - History Tab
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
Every event associated with the candidate’s progression through the recruitment process is recorded in a full audit trail.
This is referred to as the candidate’s History and is accessed from the History tab of the Record Card.
Events include:
- Application Creation
- Emails Sent
- Application Forms
- HR Recruiter Forms
- Hiring Manager Forms
- Candidate Additional Forms
- Referee Forms
- Files Uploaded
- Candidate Progression through stages
- Candidate Rejection etc.
For each event, the Date & Time is recorded as well as the name of the person (or system) that triggered the action.
To view an email’s content, click the Magnifying Glass icon next to the email’s name.
To Resend an email, click the Resend Email icon next to the email’s name.
