What is the star rating in the candidate listing?

The star rating indicates the candidate's suitablilty to become a new employee on a rating of 1 (not a good fit) to 5 (excellent fit).

The star rating is very helpful when searching the Talent Bank for suitable candidates.

To set the star rating for a candidate, click their name in the candidate listing and pick a grade from the selector.
