How can I find candidates within a specific distance of our place of work?

Click Talent Bank and then click the Location tab.

• Enter the postcode of the place of work
• Select a mileage radius (e.g 15 miles)
• Save Rule
• Run Search

Candidates living within the specific distance of the place of work will be listed.

Click the specific mileage distance link to open a Google map showing the route between the candidate's home and the job location.
