How do I publish a job onto our Intranet?

This applies if your IT department have set up a Reach job feed onto your Intranet.

Click Vacancies and create (or copy) a new vacancy and complete all of the details. Then:

  • In the Workflows tab, select an internal workflow
  • In the Sources tab, select the internal workflow then pick your Intranet
  • Attach the Intranet source

When you are ready to publish the job to your Intranet:

  • Click Vacancies > Incomplete / Awaiting Activation tab
  • Click the job title then Activate

The job will appear immediately on your Intranet.
