What are the 1st Interview and 2nd Interview fields on the contacts tab in edit job?

These fields will only be relevant to your account if the job details pages of your website show candidates the interview dates for the role.

If your website does show candidates the interview dates in advance, fill in the fields.

If not, you can leave the fields blank for all of your roles.
