How do files appear in the selection in the Files tab in edit job?

The dropdown selector in the Files tab when editing a job shows files of that file type that have been uploaded to the File Library.

For instance, the Job Description selector shows all files that have been uploaded as type 'job description' in the File Library.

To add or remove files from any of the dropdown selectors, access the File Library.
