Can I check if a candidate has applied to us before?

Yes, in the candidate record card, there is a tab called 'Additional Applications'. This shows any other job applications the candidate has made to the organisation.

Also, there is a job title drop down at the top of the candidate record card. Any additional applications will be shown in here and can be viewed by selecting the job title.
