Skill Level Dropdown
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
The Skill Level Dropdown is used provide an automatically filled in list of Currencies for candidates to pick.
To add a new Skill Level component to your form:
- Click Create a New Component > Skill Level Dropdown
- Type the Question Text to appear next to the answer box (e.g. How proficient are you at using Microsoft Word?)
- Add a Merge Tag if the answer is going to be used elsewhere in the system i.e. to populate fields in Reports or in Email Templates
- Set the Layout to determine if the answer box appears adjacent to the question text (Horizontal) or underneath the question text (Vertical)
- Tick the Required box if you would like to make the question mandatory (i.e. the form can't be submitted until the question is answered)
- Press Save & Return or Save & Add Another to add another component to your form
