Create a New Job
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
To create a new job, click Create a New Job from the main Vacancy Listing screen.
New jobs can be prepared in advance and activated at the appropriate time.
To create a new job, the following sections are completed:
- Job Details
- Contacts
- Job Advert Text
- Hire Details
- Hiring Managers
- Workflows
- Sources
- Files
When a new job has been created:
- The advert will automatically appear on your Corporate Website Vacancy Pages
- The job will automatically be distributed to any Selected Agency Suppliers
- The job advert is ready for you to post to any Third Party Websites
