Edit a Job
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
HR Administrators can Edit jobs at any time from within the Vacancies module.
Sections that can be edited include:
- Job Details
- Contacts
- Job Advert Text
- Hire Details
- Hiring Managers
- Workflows (once a Workflow has processed candidates it cannot be removed)
- Sources
- Files
To edit a job:
- Click Vacancies
- From the listing click on the relevant job and click Edit from the Options Bar
- Amend as required
- Click Save & Return to save changes or Exit & Discard Changes if you don't want to save
