Copy a Job

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

HR Administrators can Copy jobs at any time from within the Vacancies module.

This process saves valuable time since most data will be copied to the new job, allowing the HR Administrator to quickly change the job title and any other key details.

To edit a job:

  1. Click Vacancies
  2. From the listing click on the relevant job and click Copy from the Options Bar
  3. Type the new Job Title and amend any other details as required
  4. Click Save & Return

Your copied job will be stored in the Incomplete / Awaiting Activation tab ready for Activation.
