Individual Referee Details
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
During the online application process, each candidate provides the details of their referees.
The details collected for each referee typically includes:
- Referee Name
- Organisation
- Address
- Telephone
- Email Address
- Relationship
The Referee Name and Email Address fields allow the system to send referee emails and also to identify the individual that has completed each form.
To View and Edit the Reference Details questionnaire for a particular role type:
- Click Vacancies > Workflow Library
- Find the workflow you’d like to edit (using Search or by scrolling through the tab listings)
- Click anywhere on the workflow details within the listing to access the Options bar then click Edit
- From the Candidate Stages tab, click Edit on the References Stage
- Edit the questionnaire as required
Any changes that you make are automatically saved.
