View Completed References
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
Each Reference form completed by a referee can be viewed from the Forms tab of the candidate record card.
- Click Candidates > Job Title
- Find the relevant candidate in the listing
- Click the candidate’s name to access the Options Bar then click Card
- Click the Forms tab
- Click the Magnifying Glass icon to view the completed form for each Referee
The email will automatically be sent to each referee whenever a candidate reaches this stage of the workflow.
