Candidate Stage
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
For your convenience, candidates appear in the Candidate Listing based on the stage of the recruitment process that they have reached.
Each individual Stage (e.g. Contract Setup) belongs to a Stage Group (e.g. Contract). Stage groups are shown as 'tabs' in the candidate listing.
The HR Administrator determines the Stages and Groups from the workflow.
The candidate’s current stage is shown in the Candidate Listing and in their Record Card.
