View the Candidate's Complete Application Form

The candidate's complete Application Form can be accessed from two locations:

• the Candidate Listing
• the Candidate Record Card

To open the Application Form from the Candidate Listing, click the Form Icon next to the candidate's Application ID.

To open the Application Form from the Record Card:

1. Open the candidate’s Record Card
2. Click the Forms tab
3. Click the Magnifying Glass icon on the Complete Application Form row
4. The Application Form will open in a new Tab

N.B. You can Print the Application Form directly from the page.
