Universal Email Templates
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
Email templates are organised into tabs to help you to identify their purpose.
Universal Email Templates are for general or miscellaneous use including emails to Recruitment Agencies, Hiring Managers, HR Administrators, Referees or Candidates and are listed in the Universal tab.
To view your universal email templates:
- Click Libraries > Email Library
- Click the Universal tab
You can preview the email by clicking the name of the template in the listing.
