I can't see a hiring manager in the list to allocate to a vacancy

If the manager is not showing in the list, they have not been created as a system user.

To add them to the system:

• Click Settings > Account Users > Add New User
• Enter the manager's details (name, email address etc.)
• Choose the Hiring Manager user role
• Tick Screening and any other access rights as appropriate
• Save & Return
• Click the manager name then Email Password

The manager will now appear in the Hiring Managers drop down selector.
