What is the 'completion type' when I add a new stage to the recruitment process?

There are two ways for a stage in the recruitment process to be completed:

• Recruiter completes the stage manually (i.e. presses Progress button)
• System automatically completes the stage (e.g. progress candidate when they have completed online forms at the stage)
