Postcode Text Box

Postcode Text Boxes are used to force candidates to enter a properly formatted UK Postcode.

if the candidate enters anything other than a properly formatted postcode in this field, they will not be able to submit the form.

To add a new Postcode Text Box to your form:

1. Click Create a New Component > Postcode Text Box
2. Type the Question Text to appear next to the answer box (e.g. Postcode)
3. Add the Postcode Merge Tag
4. Set the Layout to determine if the answer box appears adjacent to the question text (Horizontal) or underneath the question text (Vertical)
5. Tick the Required box if you would like to make the question mandatory (i.e. the form can't be submitted until the question is answered)
6. Press Save & Return or Save & Add Another if you need to add another component to your form

The candidate’s postcode is used for proximity searching in the Talent Bank.
