Complete an Ad-Hoc Recruiter Form

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

To complete a recruiter form for a candidate at any time:

  1. Click Candidates and select a job
  2. Find the candidate you need to process in the listing
  3. Click anywhere on the candidate’s details within the listing to access the Options Bar
  4. Click Rec Forms from the available options
  5. Click the Ad-Hoc form link
  6. Click a form from the Form Listing
  7. The relevant Form will open in a new tab ready for you to complete and save

The completed form will be listed in the Forms tab of the Record Card.

You can complete a recruiter form at any stage for any candidate using this feature.
